The Patient Journey

Stages of the Implant Treatment Process

1. Clinical Assessment

This is the most important stage of treatment. We want you and your dentist (if you have one) fully involved in the decision-making process. We will ensure you are happy with everything before you begin this investment in your smile.

We will compile as much information as possible including x-rays, digital intra-oral scans and CT scans as required, to ensure the best possible treatment and outcome.

2. Implant Placement

The procedure itself is remarkably straightforward. The placement of a small titanium post permanently replaces the missing tooth root, and you do not need to have a visible gap at any stage while the implant heals over the next 8-12 weeks.

We offer the latest techniques in digital guided surgery, immediate implants and immediate teeth, and of course full mouth rehabilitation.

3. The Implant Crown

A bespoke, custom-made implant crown is then carefully crafted to look and feel like your own healthy natural tooth. Using the latest digital scanning technologies both in the clinic and the dedicated on-site dental implant laboratory, we can produce implants of the highest possible quality that fit perfectly into your mouth.

Designed to be simple to clean and easy to look after, the beautiful implant teeth we fit demonstrate the attention to detail that goes into everything we do.

4. Follow Up

Unlike many other implant clinics, whose care ends as soon as the implant treatment is completed, here at The Implant Centre we want you to enjoy your new implants for the rest of your life.

To help make this happen, we encourage all our patients to return for regular check-ups to ensure that their implants remain perfect.

We also offer a unique aftercare membership package following on from your treatment.
