Introducing The Implant Centre in Brighton & Hove, exclusively dental implants. As UK leaders in dental implants, our state-of-the-art technology and dedicated dental lab allow us to provide pain-free treatment to last a lifetime.

  • A lot of our patients are understandably nervous. It's a new type of treatment that they've not experienced before. When we designed this, we wanted it to feel as though you were sitting in perhaps a boutique hotel, as opposed to waiting for dental treatment.

“Hi, Tessa. Hi, Guy. Nice to meet you. Please come through.” The reception area is quiet, relaxing, and calm as you walk from there through to the clinical areas. You realise that you are going to be treated in a very state-of-the-art practice.

We'll go through and answer all your questions about the implant treatment. We deal exclusively with dental implants, which enables us to offer the most up-to-date treatments and have the most advanced training. All patients who are going to have dental implants require X-rays. Three-dimensional X-rays allow us far more precise implant treatments. It's not an uncomfortable treatment, but it is entirely pain-free. During the process and afterwards, we would expect it to be painless.

Conventional dental treatments such as bridges, crowns, or root fillings, will last to a maximum of about 10 to 12 years. Dental implants are made of titanium, so they cannot decay, and they don't have a root canal. We very much expect our dental implants to last the patient a lifetime. Everybody who finishes implant treatment with us tends to walk away wishing they'd done the treatment years before.

The work that we're doing here. It's transforming people's lives.
