We see a lot of patients who come to us having been told by their dentists that they don't have enough bone, and that they're going to need a bone graft. But the great news is that with the 3D technology that we have to image patients, and with the skill and experience that we've all developed here over decades of placing implants, we are usually able to place implants in those patients without needing any kind of grafting at all.
