Bob’s Patient Story: Single Tooth Implant Treatment

Bob shares his experience of having single-tooth implant treatment at The Implant Centre, and how his decision to replace his denture with an implant made him feel so much better.

I'm a member here, where we are sitting now, The Dyke Golf Club. So, I would think it's the premier course in the Brighton area. As you look out there at the view and the challenge of the course, it's a great pleasure to play here.
The issue of my teeth gradually got worse until the stage came when I had to have either a plate for the upper right part of my mouth or an implant. Well, I decided to have a plate. I had it for 4 or 5 months before I gave in, and in the end, I decided, because I fortunately was able to afford to, I'd have an implant.
I went to The Implant Centre in Haywards Heath, and it all went very smoothly from there onwards. They don't make you feel nervous at all. They talk you through everything that they're doing, I had no concern at all. My advice to anybody would be, if you're in this situation and you can afford it, then go for an implant. You'll feel so much better for having had it done, and you'll enjoy your food more.
Let me tell you that certainly, I'm pleased that I can still walk around the course and swing a golf club. Maybe not as well as I used to, but I can still do it.
